Coyote Rally Applications for 2009

Entry for the 2009 Coyote Rally is now open - download the application form (Acrobat file) by right-clicking on the link and selecting Save Target As.

Once you have the file, print it off, complete it and send it in to us at Coyote Rally, PO Box 172, Wakefield WF2 7XE. You'll need to include a photocopy of each team member's passport for confirmation of identification.

You will also need to include a cheque for £50 made out to M.Broadhead & J Webb which is the deposit for your entry. Postal orders or building society cheques are also accepted..
